오플클로, AI가 직접 실행하는 에이전트 시대
OpenClaw 2.0은 설치, 브라우저, 메모리, 플러그인, 보안, 권한관리를 전면 개선하며, AI가 단순히 답변하는 것을 넘어 PC와 각종 서비스를 직접 조작하는 ‘실행형 AI’ 플랫폼으로 진화하고 있다.
OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA 등 빅테크가 OpenClaw와 유사한 에이전트 생태계를 구축하면서 AI 경쟁의 중심이 모델 자체에서 ‘모델+에이전트+도구+컴퓨팅+보안’의 전체 실행환경으로 확대되고 있다.
OpenClaw 2.0은 2026년 8월 말 공개된 대규모 업데이트로, 설치·UI·브라우저·메모리·플러그인·보안·권한관리 등을 전면 개편했습니다. 특히 초보자도 기존 ChatGPT·Claude 구독이나 API·로컬 모델을 쉽게 연결하도록 온보딩을 단순화했습니다.
핵심은 ‘대화하는 AI’에서 ‘실제로 일을 수행하는 AI’로의 전환입니다. OpenClaw는 파일·브라우저·터미널·메시징·일정·외부 서비스 등을 연결해 사용자의 지시를 받아 여러 단계를 스스로 수행할 수 있습니다.
다만 강력한 실행권한 때문에 보안·권한·감사·플러그인 신뢰성 문제가 여전히 핵심 과제입니다. 2.0에서 보안이 강화됐지만 외부 평가에서는 여전히 높은 권한을 가진 에이전트의 위험성이 지적되고 있습니다.
