글로벌 AI 최상위 모델 시장은 미국과 중국이 각각 5개씩 톱10을 차지하며 사실상 양강 체제를 구축했다. 한국은 주목할 만한 AI 모델 수와 AI 특허에서 세계 3위권에 올라 AI 3강 후보로 평가받지만 최고 수준 모델과는 성능 및 인프라 격차가 존재한다. 앞으로 AI 경쟁의 승패는 모델보다 GPU, 데이터센터, 전력, AI 반도체 등 국가 AI 인프라 확보 능력이 결정할 가능성이 높다.
